Victor Rotolo is a Director in the Disputes practice based in the Mintz Group's New York office, specializing in litigation and disputes support, complex due diligence, and sanctions and trade-related risk.

With over 15 years of experience, Victor partners with in-house legal teams and outside counsel on internal investigations, whistleblower matters, and government enforcement actions.

Victor's recent cases have included a civil RICO investigation for a global technology company, securing cooperating witnesses in a coordinated fraud scheme; a fraudulent-transfer investigation arising from a multi-billion-dollar bankruptcy, tracing assets through layered corporate entities; and an inquiry into a $2 billion transaction that surfaced material undisclosed counterparty risk. He has also worked with banks, private equity firms, and asset managers on cross-border financial crime, OFAC sanctions exposure, and export control compliance.

Victor began his career as an intelligence officer with the US government, serving in both domestic and overseas assignments. He spent several years in complex investigations at global corporate intelligence and risk advisory firms prior to joining Mintz Group.
