Born in Mumbai, Devika Mistry is a Managing Director at Mintz Group and heads the Mumbai office. Devika has nearly 15 years of experience advising on people, partner, and deal due diligence, strategic and dispute intelligence as well as in market entry risk assessment. She has worked on 200+ transactions for venture capital, private equity, sovereign funds, family offices and multinationals in key sectors like infrastructure, renewables, financial services, healthcare across Asia.

Prior to Mintz Group, she held senior positions with major global professional services firms as well as boutique risk advisory firms. In these roles, she advised on integrated deal due diligence, asset tracing and financial investigations, and cross-border investigations into corporate misconduct and regulatory non-compliance. She has also led senior executive due diligence on C-suite hires, board appointees, and external advisors. In these organizations, she was also appointed to firm-wide leadership roles, driving strategic initiatives related to talent, learning, and development.

In addition to corporate advisory roles, Devika also has industry and policy experience. She previously led business development for a procure-to-pay SaaS startup serving the manufacturing sector, where she also leveraged expertise in third-party and supply-chain risk. In the early years of her career, she worked with global think tanks on geopolitical risk matters for governments and corporate boards alike.

Devika has a B.A. from Grinnell College and a M.A. from the Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
