David Pritchard is a Director at the Mintz Group's Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm's Executive Diligence practice. Over a decade at Mintz, he has built deep expertise advising corporations, law firms, and executive search firms on the reputational and professional backgrounds of senior leadership candidates. He oversees a portfolio of complex engagements across industries and borders, and is known for rigorous sourcing, analytical precision, and sound judgment in sensitive matters.

David has led and contributed to hundreds of investigations at Mintz involving complex issues, including proxy campaigns, academic integrity investigations, and securities litigation.

David came to Mintz through careers in journalism and policy research. He holds an M.A. in International Economics and European Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. in French and Sociology from Bates College. He is a licensed Private Investigator in the District of Columbia, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and speaks French and Romanian.
