New York, NY – August 25, 2026 — Ian Casewell, Co-Head of Mintz Group’s Global Disputes Practice, will be in Mauritius this week for Managing Cross-Border Risk, an ICC FraudNet Forum for Financial Services Leaders, hosted by Orison Legal in collaboration with ICC FraudNet.
Ian will join leading practitioners and financial services professionals as a panelist for two discussions on August 27. The morning ICC FraudNet Roundtable will explore cross-border investigations, asset tracing and recovery, including the practical challenges of gathering information and pursuing assets across jurisdictions.
In the afternoon, Ian will take part in a discussion on onboarding cross-border wealth and investment structures, examining how financial institutions can assess sources of wealth, beneficial ownership, enhanced due diligence, and other risks while balancing commercial opportunities.
