New York, NY – February 26, 2026 — Mintz Group, a leading global risk advisory and disputes consultancy, today announced a strategic partnership with Castellum.AI, an agentic AML and risk monitoring platform. The collaboration enhances Mintz Group’s ability to deliver faster and more comprehensive and scalable global sanctions and watchlist screening solutions to clients across financial services, private equity, legal and regulated industries.

Under the partnership, Castellum.AI’s real-time sanctions and watchlist screening and monitoring technology will be integrated into Mintz Group’s AI-powered Verity platform and enhanced due diligence workflows, expanding the breadth and speed of Mintz’s global research capabilities while maintaining the firm’s long-standing commitment to accuracy and investigative rigor.

“Castellum.AI brings a powerful layer of automation and global coverage that complements Mintz Group’s investigative strengths,” said Mintz Group Co-CEO Chris Weil. “This partnership allows us to deliver even more timely and reliable risk insights to our clients operating in sensitive and highly regulated environments” added Mintz Group Global Head of Product Strategy & Transformation, Yehia Mokhtar.

Castellum.AI aggregates global sanctions data, politically exposed persons (PEP) records, criminal and regulatory lists, and risk-relevant media sources into a unified platform that updates continuously across hundreds of jurisdictions.

“Mintz Group is recognized globally for the depth and reliability of its investigative due diligence,” said Castellum.AI CEO Peter Piatetsky. “Integrating Castellum.AI into their process enables Mintz investigators to quickly and accurately identify risk signals that drive clients’ decision making.”

The partnership supports Mintz Group’s broader investment in technology modernization and product expansion, including its Verity AI platform – designed to help clients conduct initial diligence in minutes instead of days, and seamlessly escalate to Mintz Group’s expert investigative teams where additional scrutiny is needed. Verity is offered to clients via MintzOne, the firm’s unified global platform for screening, due diligence, and case management. The collaboration will accelerate screening turnaround times, improve automation for high-volume workflows, and allow Mintz’s investigators to focus on deeper analytical and cross-border research.

The partnership will allow both companies to bring broader solutions to supporting organizations facing heightened regulatory scrutiny, sanctions related challenges, and expanding third-party risk requirements.
