Prior to joining the Mintz Group, Staci was a litigation associate at two international law firms, focusing on complex commercial matters, intellectual property disputes, insurance coverage disputes, employment and wage and hour litigation and insurance regulatory matters. Before practicing law, Staci worked at the Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation, a non-profit that facilitates communication channels linking educators, government policymakers, military officials and global policy institutes.
She is a member of the California Bar, American Bar Association, Bar Association of San Francisco and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Staci teaches legal writing at Hastings College of the Law, and she frequently gives presentations on technical, ethical and legal issues involving investigations.
Staci became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) in 2008, a certification issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Staci has a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law, and served as development director at the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review, and a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from University of California, San Diego.
