Recently, Peter has found the hidden assets of a bankrupt real estate developer; revealed a public company executive’s undisclosed years in prison; identified an acquisition target’s ties to corrupt union officials; helped a commercial litigation client support its patent infringement case; and worked on scores of sensitive executive placements in the U.S. and abroad.
Much of Peter’s work is international. He helped develop and currently manages Global Verify, the Mintz Group’s multi-language, international screening and credential verification service, which backgrounds large numbers of people around the world.
Peter has particular expertise in due diligence standards and best practices for what constitutes responsible decision-making before hires and business deals around the world.
He has co-authored several articles, including "Resume Fraud Starts at the Top", which appeared in Across the Board magazine.
Peter has a B.A. in Philosophy with a concentration in Economics from Amherst College.
