Recently Marc has investigated self-dealing by executives at a large public company; helped a commercial litigation client prove its patent infringement case and examine testifying experts; discovered how illegal handguns are trafficked between states; helped investors research a management team’s claims about the viability of their companies’ foreign assets and operations; and performed reputational due diligence on potential joint venture partners in real estate transactions.
Marc was previously an attorney with Dewey Ballantine LLP, where he served in the corporate and litigation departments. He worked on commercial litigation such as contract and copyright disputes and on corporate transactions such as acquisitions and licensing. Marc began his career as a photojournalist and arts and entertainment reporter.
Marc has a B.S. in journalism and a J.D. from Boston University. He was an editor of the Boston University Law Review.
