Lecia Kaslofsky
Lecia Kaslofsky is the managing partner of the Mintz Group’s west coast offices and heads the firm’s antitrust and intellectual property practice areas. Her clients include regional and international law firms, private equity and real estate investment groups, high-tech and software companies, executive search firms and non-profits.

Lecia manages a wide variety of litigation and due-diligence matters. She regularly manages international investigations, including recent cases in Mexico, Nigeria, Russia and Hong Kong.

Lecia joined the Mintz Group as a senior investigator in 1998 and was co-head of the litigation group in New York before opening the San Francisco office in 2004.

Lecia was previously the managing director and co-founder of Treasury WorldWide, the international investment arm of a Washington, D.C., bank at which she was vice president of new product development. Prior to that, Lecia conducted and managed research projects in New York, specializing in investment opportunities in domestic, international and Internet banking.

Lecia is a graduate of Vassar College and the past recipient of a research grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
