Evan Lieberman is a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel in the New York office. In addition to investigative and in-house counsel work, Evan is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and developing new business opportunities.

Prior to joining the Mintz Group, Evan served as a senior consultant and in-house counsel at several litigation consulting firms, including Navigant Consulting and DOAR Litigation Consulting, where he led consulting engagements and managed internal litigation matters. Earlier in his career, Evan practiced as a commercial litigator and trial lawyer – trying cases in Federal and State Courts, in complex matters involving contract, construction, and insurance-coverage disputes.

Evan is an active member of the New York Bar and also a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Council, and the New York State Bar Association. He sits on the Board of Vacamas Programs for Youth.

Evan has a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and an A.B. in Economics and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
