Doug Chisholm is a Director in the New York office, conducting investigations in various practice areas, including our pre-deal due diligence practice. Doug has worked as a corporate investigator for more than 15 years, including nearly a decade with the Mintz Group and has designed numerous unique investigative strategies, which we utilize in asset investigations, criminal defense matters, and securities arbitration cases.

Doug is particularly skilled at investigating complex matters, and has recently led investigations resulting from the turmoil in the credit markets in the late 2000s. Doug’s interviewing skills and pursuit of the obscure public record have produced key facts for our clients in international fraud investigations, litigation support cases, proxy contests and due diligence reviews.

Doug received a B.A. in communications from Fordham University.
