Christopher Weil is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office who specializes in complex litigation and public-policy disputes and heads the firm's antitrust practice area. Chris joined the Mintz Group as an investigator in 1999 and has held senior investigator roles in both the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of the firm.

Chris has conducted investigations in a wide variety of industries. Recently he has led inquiries into an international real-estate developer's claims that our client injured his business; the environmental damage allegedly caused by a foreign manufacturer; and the truth of a media client's statements in defense of a libel claim.

In the public-policy arena, he has extensive experience developing evidence to support our clients' policy claims, profiling our clients' opposition, and developing evidence and witnesses for public hearings.

Chris's investigations have included work throughout the world, most recently in Kuwait, South Africa, Venezuela and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining the Mintz Group, he worked for labor unions in Louisiana and New York.

Chris has a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, where he concentrated in anthropology and social history.
