Recreate a departed employee's last days working for a client

We have helped a number of companies and their counsel pursue suspicions that recently departed employees have left with trade secrets or “jumped the gun” in creating a competing business.

We sometimes trace the telephone numbers called from company cell phone records and even check building-entry logs for unusual off-hour visits.

But what has cracked many of these cases for our employer-clients is the Mintz Group's ability to find the electronic trails that employees leave behind in the companies' computers.

We reconstruct, on a minute-by-minute basis, the emails sent and received, websites visited, documents printed and memoranda deleted from the laptop and desktop computers on which the departed employee lived his/her life at the company.
