Electronic Discovery Services The Mintz Group's e-discovery group cost-effectively helps clients collect, analyze and produce electronic information in response to opponents' discovery demands and helps litigators battle in discovery for opponents' computerized records.

We specialize in small-to-medium-size matters, with first-phase budgets for e-discovery below $30,000 to $50,000. In our experience, these smaller e-discovery assignments require the same level of technological sophistication and attention to detail as the mega-matters, but our clients don't want the bureaucratic layering of staff and the cookie-cutter approach of the mega-firms.

Our e-discovery team is led by Thomas E. Williams. He is a Seized Computer Evidence Recovery Specialist (SCERS), a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), an Access Data Certified Examiner (ACE) and is also certified in the use of Mac Forensics software. Our offices in New York, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. have labs staffed by forensic analyst/investigators, and we do this electronic discovery work all over the United States and abroad. We host e-discovery reviews and productions for clients at our New York offices, which have state-of-the-art technological infrastructure and e-discovery platforms, including Concordance.

How We Work
We have listened carefully to our clients' complaints about the big, expensive e-discovery firms, and we have built an e-discovery boutique that tailors e-discovery services to client needs. We return client calls immediately. We ensure strict quality control across entire productions. We quickly adjust collection strategies to meet evolving case demands. We seamlessly host data reviews, providing round-the-clock access and support. We run the searches clients ask for and meet the deadlines we agree to. And we give real-time updates to clients on progress and costs.
